A shot taken over on Stradbroke island one evening..

Found this old yellow dingy, full of water stranded in the low tide shallows. I waited till the sun set on the horizon and built a composition around the boat.. I liked how the water in the boat has a still quality that seems to ground the boat and the image.. Also really liked it’s yellow tone.

It’s a shame I didn’t have a better sunset, but I worked with what I had.
