weathered away

On one of the first days out shooting with my new Fuji X-T1 camera, accompanied by the 23mm F1.4 lens, I found this old reminisce of an engine laying flat in a dried up wetlands pond. Who knows the story behind this one. Was it from a boat and this is the remnants that mother nature has left behind. Was a strange place for a car engine, given the nearest road was at least a couple hundred metres away. Regardless it made a nice isolated subject to explore and shoot. Shot wide open on the 23mm F1.4
