Made the early morning run out to try catch a sunrise at this fantastic shipwreck. The forecast was for clouds and possible rain, but sometimes you just have to go with it. Normally your faced with average skies, but occasionally something special happens and the lansdscape scene evolves in front of you. I thrive for those moments.
We had some heavy stormy skies, but the sun managed to break through on the horizon create some fantastic drama for the scene.
This shipwreck ran aground during heavy seas in 1893. It was re-floated, but again, heavy seas turned the ship about and back onto the sand where it remains to this day.
