Point to lookout, at Point Lookout
Had a great sunrise shoot on Stradbroke Island on this morning. Some interesting clouds were on the horizon which always help. You never really know how it’s going to turn out, but it’s always better when there are some clouds. Sometimes the sun breaks through them, othertimes it’s stay hidden behind. The one thing I find almost alway produces interesting results is layers of clouds. The different layers are quite often illuminated differently creating depth in the clouds that can realyl help an image.
In this shot the Pandanas Palm and small section of sand bech created an good forground interest and leading line to build with the rest of the scene.
enjoy.
