Found this old Whippet car while in the inland Queensland country town of Aratula. I believe it was made between 1926-1931. I did check but forgot the year.

This machine was in really great operating condition. Whoever was the owner they had spent the time to look after this thing and keep it road ready.

You just don’t see this kind of detail on the interior. An intricate wooden knob for the ignition, the break leaver and the knurled pedal. The wooden spokes on the wheels. Such a great car to visually enjoy and I thought the waiver badge was a nice touch.
