Stop for a dip
What a refreshing scene this made. While touring the island of Phi Phi Don, we ventured into this secluded bay. Surrounded by towering limestone cliffs covered with dense tropical growth overlooked the inviting green shallow waters below. A pair of classic Thai longboat hold anchor while their guests enjoy a cool off in the colourful waters.
Being a fairly popular location makes for interesting shooting. It’s hard to find a shot that works with the message your trying to send. A remote paradise being enjoyed by a few lucky guests is easily portrayed with the right composition and selective inclusion. What remains outside of the frame is not important to this story, although careful consideration can go a long way in completing the picture.
Such a lovely location and I’m glad I had the opportunity to capture it for my own families memories.
That does look like paradise! Beautiful!
Thanks Sheri for the comment,
