Sunbathers at Cylinder Beach

For those of us living in the Southern Hemisphere, spring is underway. For myself, living in Brisbane summer seems to be here already. This shot is from a fantastic location on Stradbroke Island called Cylinder beach. On this day the stereotypical sun and surf was in full effect. A couple of girls were sunbathing on the rocks and made a great forground for my summer beach shot. I can almost here the sound of surf crashing and kids screaming. I sign of things to come over the next 6 months is sub-tropical southern Queensland !
