Strong wind and a dramatic morning
While staying out on Hamilton Island I got out for a early sunrise. Went up to one of the hilltop lookout and frame the view out over Catseye bay. It was blowing like crazy but managed to capture a few snaps as the sun broke through. Turned out to be quite dramatic, although I would have loved the conditions to allow me to frame with something more in the foreground, but wind would not allow.
I tried to frame the shot and tie in the cloud formations, suns location and the lines generated from the wind and in the clouds. The main peek became a anchor point and the cloud and sea created the visual elements to show some lines, depth and interest.

Fantastic capture! Love the dramatic sky and the blue water. Well framed, I like the balance between the trees/water/sky. 🙂
Thanks Calee for the kind comment ! Appreciate it and glad you liked it as I did 😉
