Public Housing

According to Wikipedia, in 2013 in singapore, 81.9% of people live it such public housing. Such a compressed population  all living in such tight quarters. They sure make for some fantastic opportunities for patterns, lines and repetition.

repition housingIf you look closely you can see the wooden poles sticking out to hang their laundry from. I must say though, that many of these housing projects are very flash and stylish establishments. Some with contemporary modern designs, more great photographic subjects, I say ! Like I mentioned in an earlier post, I’d love to spend some time taking in the photographic opportunities around Singapore.
