Curry composition
While at a local elephant tour we got to walk through the village of the local workers. One area they were demonstrating how they extracted coconut oils and other key ingredients that were utilised in the local Thai cuisine.
This selection of local produce was on display in some woven baskets. It made a nice arrangement and an excellent photo opportunity that I couldn’t let pass.
Shot at F/2.8 on my Fuji X100S to get a slightly shallow DOF and focus the attention on the key front elements. The other bowls and cooking utensils all fade away in the shot, although adding to the story. Well at-least that’s what I was hoping for when I composed it in my mind.
Hope you enjoy the image.
